Warranty terms
Teltonika accessories carry a 24-month manufacturer warranty. Batteries carry a six-month manufacturer warranty. Coverage is subject to the manufacturer’s applicable terms, exclusions and any product-specific conditions.
Accessories from other manufacturers carry a one-year warranty provided by XTRACK.
If you experience a fault, contact XTRACK with your order number, the accessory model or serial number where applicable, and a description of the issue. We will review the case and provide the next steps for a warranty assessment.
Warranty claims are separate from returns for refund. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for return eligibility and conditions.
Shipping information
- In-stock items: Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment from Canada. Availability depends on the exact product variant and quantity ordered.
- Backorders and special orders: Estimated lead time is 2–4 weeks after payment confirmation, unless a different estimate is confirmed for your order.
- Delivery: Transit times vary by destination, carrier and shipping service. Processing and lead-time estimates are not delivery guarantees.
- International orders: Shipping is available to supported destinations. Customs clearance may affect delivery times. Applicable import duties, taxes and clearance fees depend on the destination and shipping terms.
- Tracking: We do our best to ship with a tracking number. However, some shipping services selected at checkout do not include tracking. Tracking details are provided when available.
- Shipping service changes: We may switch the shipping service selected at checkout to an alternative that offers faster delivery or includes tracking when your chosen service does not. Any such change is made at no additional shipping charge to you.
