3-Year Prepaid Live Tracking Plan
Add three years of prepaid XTRACK live GPS tracking to a compatible device, with no recurring tracking-service payments during the prepaid period.
The plan includes:
- Three years of access to the XTRACK tracking platform.
- A 500 MB prepaid data pool for the coverage period—not a monthly allowance.
- Device configuration with data-efficient reporting settings designed for the included allowance.
Coverage depends on the exact tracker variant, supported network bands, local network availability, regulatory requirements and carrier acceptance. International SIM connectivity does not make every device compatible or approved in every country. Confirm your deployment country with XTRACK before purchasing, particularly for LATAM, EU and North America variants.
During the active plan, service-related settings are managed by XTRACK to maintain the intended configuration and data usage. Contact us before changing reporting intervals or requesting a custom configuration, as this may require additional data or a different plan.
The prepaid period begins on activation. Continued service after three years requires renewal under the plans and pricing available at that time.

Warranty terms
Teltonika devices carry a 24-month manufacturer warranty. Batteries carry a six-month manufacturer warranty. Coverage is subject to the manufacturer’s applicable terms, exclusions and any product-specific conditions.
If you experience a fault, contact XTRACK with your order number, device IMEI or serial number, and a description of the issue. We will review the case and provide the next steps for a warranty assessment.
Warranty claims are separate from returns for refund. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for return eligibility and conditions.
Shipping information
- In-stock items: Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment from Canada. Availability depends on the exact product variant and quantity ordered.
- Backorders and special orders: Estimated lead time is 2–4 weeks after payment confirmation, unless a different estimate is confirmed for your order.
- Delivery: Transit times vary by destination, carrier and shipping service. Processing and lead-time estimates are not delivery guarantees.
