The TAT140 serves as an efficient backup tracker when paired with other Teltonika GPS trackers like FMC880, FMC003, or FMC920 bolstering vehicle security. In the event of the main tracker being compromised, the TAT140 autonomous tracker enters ‘Recovery Mode,’ promptly notifying the owner and initiating frequent location reports for quick vehicle retrieval. Notably, the TAT140 GPS tracker operates in Sleep mode most of the time, making it undetectable to signal scanners used by thieves. Configuration of the new device and seamless integration with Teltonika GPS trackers is remarkably easy, saving fleet owners valuable time and resources.

For wireless and reliable vehicle security, we utilize the TAT140 asset tracker with 4G LTE connectivity. It’s easily concealable in the car, requiring no wired connections, and offers precise GNSS location tracking. Notably, the TAT140 operates in Sleep mode most of the time, making it undetectable to signal scanners used by thieves. During periodic waking intervals, it sends location records, and in case of theft, the Recovery mode can be activated through a simple SMS/GPRS command. This enhances the chances of recovering the stolen vehicle by enabling frequent reporting.
